Caren is an accomplished global General Counsel and strategic business leader with big law and inhouse experience. She has a proven track record of successfully supporting growth and scaling of a diversified international business. Caren has extensive experience in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, consumer products, supply chain, technology, sports, licensing, data, advertising, and marketing, across North America, the UK, EU, LATAM, and Asia.

As Chief Legal Officer, Caren leads our legal, risk management, and compliance teams.

Prior to GCL, Caren was the first general counsel for Fanatics, growing the legal team to over 20 legal and compliance professionals. She supported a transformational corporate restructuring that saw the establishment of new vertical businesses, including betting and gaming, NFTs, and collectibles.

In her personal life, she is married with two children, enjoys Peloton, traveling, and reading, and is a novice quilter.
